Power Posting:
Players are limited -up to- 3 posts per day, between 1 other post.

Regular RP and Side RP’s:
ALL RP’s must be relevant to the subject, unless strictly otherwise noted. This is to be fair to other players.

Character Limits:
Post counts will determine how many characters each player is to have.
0-250 Posts: 2 active characters allowed.
251-500 Posts: 3 active characters allowed.
501-750 Posts: 4 active characters allowed.
751-1000 Posts: 5 active characters allowed.

These do not include NPC’s. NPC’s are typically “temporary” characters. Please create profiles for active characters and NPC’s that you plan to have revisited.

Post Length:
Minimum of 5 sentences per post. This is to help move on the scene. There are sometimes exceptions. Please keep communicated when you need to make this an exception.

Magic:
To be fair and more into the “pirate era” storyline, we have forbidden the use of magic. Only one active user is allowed at the moment for special reasons. Newer members and characters are not allowed to have magic.  If you have an idea and would like to inquire, please talk to the Captain to see if it’s allowed.

Weapons, Strengths, and Weaknesses:
To prevent overpowering, all characters are only allowed use of 3 weapons. (Example, you can hold 3 weapons, but if you lose one, it may be replaced with something else later on. General weapons include sword, gun, knife.) All characters can be skilled at a few things, but they must have 2 weaknesses. In the storyline, it is recommended that you eventually buddy up with someone else’s character to be assisted when your weakness comes into play. This requires communication.

Other Player’s Characters:
Do NOT RP anyone else’s characters unless allowed by that player. If someone knows they will be absent for a while, they have the right to give temporary permission for a certain person to RP that character or characters.  If given permission, please be considerate of the character, and do not RP anything other than that character’s personality (as listed in profile.)  Upon return of the original player, power is immediately surrendered back to them.  Please remain respectful, substitute players are still entitled to follow all rules.

Hybrids
Generally, animal hybrids are allowed, but limited. (Such as a 2 species mix.) This is not necessarily encouraged when developing your character, for the sake of being fair to other players and the storyline. Mythical creatures and hybrid mythical creatures are not allowed. If you feel you want to try for an exception, please speak to the Captain directly.
